Come join us at eXp Realty – a 8x Glassdoor Best Places to Work organization!What you will do : We are seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP Specialist to take hands-on responsibility for the configuration, enhancement, and day-to-day operational support of our Oracle Cloud ERP environment. This role will actively execute system changes, troubleshoot issues, and build integrations to ensure the platform supports our Finance, Operations, and international business needs. You will work directly with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical Oracle solutions, focusing on stability, scalability, and continuous improvement.This is a highly technical, execution-focused role that requires deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to deliver resultsHands-On Functional & Technical Execution

• Configure and optimize Oracle Cloud ERP modules, including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management, to meet evolving business requirements and global compliance needs.
• Build, modify, and maintain workflows native to Oracle Cloud Fusion.
• Create and maintain integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and other systems (, commissions, payroll, banking, tax engines) using Oracle Integration Cloud or other middleware tools.
• Perform root cause analysis, resolve system issues, and implement enhancements with minimal downtime.
• Execute testing cycles, regression testing, and release readiness tasks, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and patches.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
