job_description.job_card.job_descriptionThis position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, between 8 : 00 AM and 6 : 00 PM Enter and process new prescriptions and refills in the pharmacy system in compliance with regulations and company policy Perform third-party claims adjudication, eligibility verification, and refill documentation Accurately calculate dosage, convert between measurement systems, and ensure prescription completeness Support pharmacists with medication preparation, record keeping, and daily workflow Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to all applicable pharmacy laws and standards Handle prescriber calls, shipment inquiries, and program-related communications Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and a proactive approach to patient care Meet productivity, quality, and attendance standards Pharmacy Technician License (Texas) – active and not expiring within 90 days of start date At least 6 months of prior pharmacy experience High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation and ability to be onsite for training Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Compensation
- The pay for this position is $19.00 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
