Job Description

QuadMed is looking for a Full time Physical Therapist to join our team at our new health center in Beaver Dam, WI and Mayville, WI . This role will work 32 hours a week with the ideal schedule being Monday-Thursday.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS : Education :

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university or college; Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred

    • Experience :

  • Minimum one year of experience; minimum 3 years in an orthopedic clinic setting preferred

    • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :

  • Current State licensure

    • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Evidence of organizational skills, appropriate decision-making, and problem-solving skills
