Step up as a Quality Assurance Specialist in San Diego and show what pride in precision looks like. You'll check, test, and make sure every part rolling off the line meets the mark. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance professional requiring excellent dexterity, a "can-do" attitude, as well as an ability to effectively multitask. What It Takes to Inspect With Us

• Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control methodologies
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management systems and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
• Experience in conducting Quality Auditing of processes, systems, or products
• ISO9001 experience required, AS9011 experience a plus
• Ability to analyze data, report findings, and recommend improvements to promote quality standards
• Ability to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of parts
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred
• Must be ITAR compliant person

• Collaborating with various departments to maintain excellence in product standards and operational processes
