Key Responsibilities

Own the Live Ops execution for a top-performing Hybrid Casual title

Act as the main point of contact with external studios to ensure smooth collaboration

Plan, schedule, and analyze live events, promotions, and content releases to enhance engagement and revenue

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Live Ops, Production, or Game Operations in the mobile gaming industry

Solid understanding of game economy, user engagement, and retention strategies

Experience managing cross-functional teams remotely

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable plans

Bonus : Experience with Hybrid Casual or Casual / F2P games
