Finance Procurement Operations Business Partner

This role involves proficiency in P2P procurement, purchase order workflows, and accounting principles, ensuring accurate financial data entry and high-volume transaction processing.

Responsibilities

  • Thrive in high volume of transactions in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of P2P Procurement and Purchase Order workflows.
  • Interpret basic accounting principles such as Capex vs. Opex; Accruals Accounting, Prepaids, etc.
  • Work with a sense of urgency and sensitivity to last‑minute highly critical business requests.
  • Experience working with regional key stakeholders, potentially in different time zones.
  • Provide excellent customer service, focusing on quality communication and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant Finance and / or Accounting experience with the general ledger.
  • Systems experience with Workday Financials, and / or Tableau is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and / or Finance.
  • Exemplifies the

  • Experience working with a Center of Excellence (COE) team.
  • Industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with shared services center in different regions.
  • ERP and Procurement systems experience with Workday Financials and Tableau.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and / or CPA.

    • Location and Reporting

    This position will reside in the company’s Los Gatos office and will report to the Manager, Finance Procurement Operations in Los Gatos.
