ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a part time customer service representative, you will support the account management team in servicing our existing clients and handle special projects that are outside the normal day to day service. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
