Key Responsibilities
Define and conduct market research to understand user needs and behavior
Drive large-scale projects and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient product delivery
Communicate regularly with senior leadership on project status, risks, and changes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
8+ years of experience in software products for outpatient practice management and revenue cycle workflows
Proven ability to develop detailed solutions from ambiguous problem statements
Experience in defining and executing complex cross-functional initiatives
Ability to communicate effectively with both executive and engineering teams
