Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Are you a compassionate pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to expand your experience providing ABA Therapy in a collaborative, play-focused clinic? Blue Bird Day, a leading specialized intensive pediatric therapeutic day program , is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists. This is an opportunity to provide clinic-based ABA therapy in a supportive, innovative environment where children ages 3-6 thrive.

About the Role

As a clinic-based BCBA at Blue Bird Day, you will provide A pplied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through :

  • Developing individualized and group therapy treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Providing caregiver education and family support
  • Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
  • Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, speech therapists, and social workers

Compensation & Benefits

  • $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
