Director of Operations and Maintenance

A company is looking for a Director, O&M.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a distributed team, overseeing project assignments and employee performance, including coaching and development

Champion safety and quality culture across all O&M projects and teams

Own the P&L for the O&M division, ensuring profitability and growth while developing and executing the annual business plan

Required Qualifications

8+ years of progressive commercial O&M or related industry field experience

3+ years in a management role with direct reports, demonstrating leadership and coaching skills

Experience in O&M, solar industry / project construction, or related fields

Familiarity with budgets, financial models, and the National Electric Code

Project management designation or experience, along with knowledge of energy storage systems
