Experience & Skills : Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Arabic language skills highly preferred. About the Role
The Fertility Care Medical Assistant is a vital role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey. We are seeking compassionate, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Fertility Care Medical Assistant , you will assist with procedures, provide education, and support the multidisciplinary team, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care at every step of their path to parenthood.
We are seeking a Fertility Care Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at IVF Michigan in Bloomfield Hills, MI. This is a full-time, onsite role working Monday-Friday from 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update patient information.
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Perform basic diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are properly stocked and available.
- Accurately document patient information and maintain electronic medical records (EMR).
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures.
- Ensure a safe and organized environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong phlebotomy skills preferred.
Willingness to work at various locations as needed.
