Key Responsibilities
Support the design and implementation of sales strategies, processes, and tools to improve effectiveness
Own the management, optimization, and adoption of the Sales CRM platform
Drive continuous improvement through process refinement and performance insights
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting or enabling Commercial or B2B sales organizations
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer activation
Hands-on experience with a CRM platform, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
Analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Ability to translate strategy into scalable processes and tools
