A company is looking for a Lead Front End Engineer, CoCounsel Core Skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple projects and initiatives, focusing on user-friendly and performant designs

Optimize the React / Angular mixed-stack MFE ecosystem and set technical standards for UI quality

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design APIs, improve user experiences, and mentor team members

Required Qualifications

At least six years of experience as a software engineer with production code

Experience in building complex frontend applications with intuitive interfaces

Proficiency in React, Angular, or both, with knowledge of Micro Frontend architecture

Track record of using AI development tools to enhance code quality

Experience with modern frontend development practices, including performance optimization and responsive design
