Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced Staff Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in building out the future of the Workato platform and our agent framework. You will collaborate with other product managers, engineering teams and customers to shape our roadmap and deliver a best-in-class Agentic experience on Workato. You will be responsible for :

• The overall strategy for Workato's AI agent framework on the platform and defining the roadmap for the framework to support multiple initiatives across Workato.
• Analyze adoption and usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Define product requirements and work with engineering teams to deliver new features and services
• Collaborate with engineering teams and make calculated product decisions to navigate the timely delivery of features.
• Champion key AI initiatives for business-critical parts of the agent framework
• Enable other product teams to build agentic experiences across the Workato platform
• Provide regular updates and reports on product performance and project status to senior management
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering valuable and reliable product features

Requirements Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline)

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

For California applicants, the pay for this role may range between $185,000 - $245,000 plus benefits, perks, and equity. The final package will depend on the interview process, we're open to negotiation.
