Job Title: Warehouse and Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse and Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will perform critical shipping and receiving functions, including unloading and loading trucks, stocking, and inventory tracking. Your responsibilities will also include wrapping pallets for shipment, breaking down pallets, and refilling packages and boxes. You will operate a sit-down and stand-up lift, as well as a cherry picker, to efficiently pick products.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trucks, and perform stocking and inventory tracking.
• Wrap pallets and prepare them for shipment.
• Break down pallets and refill packages and boxes.
• Operate sit-down and stand-up lifts, and a cherry picker to pick products up to 20-30 feet high.

Essential Skills

• 1+ year of forklift experience.
• 1+ year of order picking and warehouse experience.
• Proficiency with SAP warehouse management tool for inventory transfers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs repeatedly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of order picking or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and RF scanners preferred.
• Cherry picker experience is preferred.
• Heavy equipment certification opportunity available with a $1.25/hr raise.

Work Environment

The position operates on the 1st Shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Enjoy a casual dress code with a requirement for shirts, long pants, and closed-toed shoes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
