• Clinic hours 8am-5pm, 3-4 days per week
• Call coverage required every other weekend
• Average 18 patients per day in clinic
• Average 4 hospital consults per day
• C-sections and vaginal deliveries required
• Case log requirements for privileges
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
