A company is looking for a Care Navigator to support providers and care managers with non-clinical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Address patient inquiries and assist with scheduling appointments

Manage electronic health records and coordinate documents for provider review

Facilitate communication within the health network and support provider scheduling

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of experience in a medical office or related field

1+ years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation

Extensive understanding of medical terminology

Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to various technology platforms
