Location Norwood MA (Hybrid 3 days from office)

Job description :

At least 5 years of experience in IT . Proven work experience working with Business teams in Requirement Gathering Design Development of Reporting & Analytics Solution using traditional and modern data platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide Day to Day support for business operations such as

• Support data refresh issues access management and incident resolution.
• Manage & Maintain On-Prem SQL Server databases.
• Monitor & troubleshoot daily ETL Process Chains Data Pipelines and resolve failures.
• Assist business teams on data extracts updates and reporting such as month closing
• Data Migration Data Cleanups Data De-dups using T-SQL Power BI and SAP BW tools.
• Troubleshoot and support existing business integrations such as LCW Integration
• Monitor & troubleshoot Power BI report refreshes connection issues.
• Perform data validations quality checks and SLAs compliance
• Manage user requests enhancements and minor changes
