As a Registered Nurse in Home Health, you will provide direct nursing care to clients in their homes, following professional standards and state regulations. The role involves assessing clients' health, administering medications, and maintaining a safe environment while building meaningful one-on-one relationships. Provides services to clients in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Agency policy, and accepted professional standards of practice. Provides nursing services utilizing a comprehensive base of nursing theory and nursing process, and communicates / documents observations and assessments.
