Key Responsibilities
Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including lifecycle and automated journeys
Oversee paid media budgets, optimize retargeting programs, and explore new advertising channels
Define KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally for campaign execution
Required Qualifications
Experience in digital marketing focusing on demand generation and full-funnel optimization
Proven track record in managing email and paid social campaigns and their budgets
Expertise in HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and GTM
Strong background in A / B testing and landing page optimization
Knowledge of GDPR / CCPA and audience research methodologies
