Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an SEO & AI Specialist for a growing, innovative digital marketing company. This role is remote.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The SEO & AI Specialist will be responsible for driving search engine optimization strategies across multiple digital properties while leveraging AI tools to optimize performance and insights. You will design and implement advanced schema, structured data, and semantic search solutions while collaborating with internal teams to connect analytics to business growth. This role requires a technical and data-driven mindset to improve search visibility, audience targeting, and campaign effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for large-scale or multi-brand websites.
• Implement AI-driven search solutions including LLM schema design and entity optimization.
• Perform technical SEO audits, schema markup, and semantic search optimizations.
• Support PPC campaigns with AI-driven audience targeting.
• Analyze analytics and search performance data to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO and AI strategies with company objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience managing SEO strategies and large-scale website performance.
• Deep knowledge of AI applications in search, including LLM schema, entity optimization, and GEO strategies.
• Strong command of tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and AI-driven SEO platforms.
• Technical expertise in structured data, schema markup, and semantic search optimization.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
