A Global Biotech / Pharma located in Round Lake, IL is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their Team!

Support manufacturing operations in Inspection and / or Packaging Inspect manufactured product for irregularities or defects Supplies components, small parts, glassware, tubing, etc. to cell culture and purification areas Operate general production equipment (such as labelers, parts washers, autoclave, stir plates, etc.) Complete relevant paperwork following GDP / GMP guidelines Manually cleans all portable equipment and small parts Participate on Continuous Improvement Teams Receive and distribute supplies into the production area Perform daily cleaning of the production area to maintain in GMP fashion Assist with troubleshooting process problems; review and revise documentation as required Follow cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines, and any other regulations Communicate issues related to safety, quality, compliance and equipment to the manufacturing lead operator and supervisor

salary : $21 - $22.68 per hour

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 4 PM

education : High School

Responsibilities

Support manufacturing operations in Inspection and / or Packaging

Operate general production equipment (such as labelers, parts washers, autoclave, stir plates, etc.)

Complete relevant paperwork following GDP / GMP guidelines

Manually cleans all portable equipment and small parts

Participate on Continuous Improvement Teams

Receive and distribute supplies into the production area

Perform daily cleaning of the production area to maintain in GMP fashion

Assist with troubleshooting process problems; review and revise documentation as required

Follow cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines, and any other regulations

Communicate issues related to safety, quality, compliance and equipment to the manufacturing lead operator and supervisor

The essential functions of this role include :

• working in a smoke free environment
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
