Key Responsibilities
Administer company benefit programs and ensure compliance with regulations
Support leave administration and facilitate communication between employees and management
Conduct audits of benefit records and assist with open enrollment processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in benefits administration
Working knowledge of federal and state employment and benefits laws
Experience with third-party administrators and HRIS systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
