REQUIREMENTS

Enrolled in or recently completed an accredited Interaction Design program or equivalent experience.

Competency in relevant digital tools including Adobe CC, Figma, and prototyping tools.

Strong storytelling skills through Keynote, PowerPoint, sketching, and storyboarding.

Comfortable with rapid sketching, low fidelity prototyping, and clear communication of ideas.

Ability to think across product, service, and system layers with a strategic mindset.

Great problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with guidance and independently as needed.

Resilient under pressure while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.

A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful creative work, clarity of reasoning, and strong design judgment.

YOU WILL

Contribute to both fast paced programs and multi-year innovation tracks where strategy, prototyping, and craft evolve together.

Gain exposure to different phases of design work, from early vision framing to detailed interaction development.

Work closely with industrial designers, engineers, brand strategists, and studio leadership.

Learn how strategic insight becomes tangible product direction, and how tangible design work shapes strategy in return.

Grow inside a collaborative environment built on curiosity, initiative, and shared studio rituals.
