Lakeshore Sport & Fitness Elite Sports Clubs Prairie Athletic Club and Union Padel Club are an alliance of family-friendly multi-sport recreation and fitness facilities and in our markets were the #1 destination for sport fitness and fun. Were seeking a hands-on Controller to oversee the accounting and financial performance of eight all-inclusive health clubs across Illinois and Wisconsin. This role is deeply involved in the work leading an accounting team (both in person and remote) owning day-to-day accounting operations and partnering closely with club and executive leaders to support strong operations and meaningful member experiences. The ideal candidate brings experience in service-driven experience-based environments and is comfortable balancing accounting execution with financial analysis and insight. Youll be responsible for budgeting forecasting cash flow reporting financial controls and supporting capital planning and growth initiatives while helping the organization make clear informed decisions through data and analytics. Location : Chicago (in-person)

Base Salary Range : $70000$85000 commensurate with experience; role designed for a hands-on finance professional who will grow into broader strategic responsibility as the business scales. Competitive benefits and potential performance-based bonus also available
