Job Duties :

• Display - Set up fresh meat cases and ensure products have the proper signage. Maintain an attractive product display to showcase freshness and quality, while following company standards for merchandising.
• Sales Floor Maintain - Keep aisles and common walking areas clean / cleared of boxes and debris to prevent injury.
• Replenish - Unload and break down deliveries; stock freezers with products; refill products to meet customer needs and rotate for freshness.
• Dumping - Handle expired and recalled products properly. Keep accurate logs in accordance with the policies of the company, state food safety, and health regulations.
• Stock - Arrange stockroom properly; stock shelves with products, rotate products using First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method.
• Customer Service - Provide excellent service to the customer and answer any questions or concerns the customer may have.
• PI Count - Work with other team members to conduct the inventory count.
• Cleaning - Follow the company policy to clean the walk-in cooler and freezer. Follow company policy to clean and sanitize display cases, scales, and counters in a safe manner.
• Meat Sales - Cut, wrap, and package items at customers’ request in a way that is efficient, and accurate.
• Perform other duties for business needs.

Location :  This position is for our new store located in Summerlin at 820 S. Rampart Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89145,  Training will take place at our 168 Market location at 3459 S. Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89146

Salary :

The pay range for this job starts from $15.00 - $16.50 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
