About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of a healthcare-focused solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. This is a high-impact role that blends product strategy, customer engagement, and technical delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll work closely with Quisitive's leadership, architects, delivery teams, and clients to shape the future of our healthcare solutionensuring it remains innovative, compliant, and aligned with the evolving needs of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision and roadmap across modules like Care Management, Patient Engagement, Supply Chain, Clinical, and Analytics. Align product direction with Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare and the broader Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and partner insights to identify new features and value propositions. Prioritize initiatives using data-driven insights to maximize ROI and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with solution architects, functional leads, and developers to define and deliver high-quality features. Manage product backlogs, user stories, and functional specs in Azure DevOps. Ensure scalability, security, and consistency across implementations. Oversee release planning, testing, documentation, and deployment coordination.

Partner with customers, account teams, and project managers to gather feedback and validate product direction. Support pre-sales efforts including demos, RFP responses, and product presentations. Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the product ecosystem. Maintain alignment with internal teams across sales, finance, support, and marketing.

Drive product modernization through AI, Copilot, and Power Platform capabilities. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, PHI) and Microsoft standards. Establish governance processes for feature approval, design validation, and release management. Coordinate with Microsoft FastTrack and Industry teams to stay aligned with the broader Microsoft Healthcare roadmap.

Skill Requirements

Healthcare Industry Experience : Proven experience working with healthcare organizations or systems, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient engagement, and regulatory compliance. Product Lifecycle Management : Demonstrated ability to manage the full product lifecyclefrom ideation and roadmap development to release planning and post-launch optimization. Technical Acumen : Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, data integration, and cloud architecture is preferred. AI & Automation Integration : Experience incorporating AI-driven features (e.g., Copilot, predictive analytics) into enterprise solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Compliance & Governance : Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and experience implementing governance processes.
