A company is looking for a Substitute Safety Support Specialist to assist in protecting students' mental health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Take on available shifts to support the Beacon SSS team as needed
Review and escalate Beacon alerts to school administrators for appropriate action
Identify new issues and contribute to training and support resources
Required Qualifications
Flexible availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays
1+ year in a support role or customer-facing position, preferably in Trust & Safety or school-based roles
Experience with Zendesk and handling support tickets
High level of emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive situations
College degree preferred; non-English language proficiency is a plus
