We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst as part of our Finance Incentive Compensation department. Finance Incentive Compensation is integrated within the large Corporate Finance division at Zions Bancorporation.

The Financial Analyst will join our Finance Incentive Compensation team responsible for administration of incentive compensation plans for nearly 7,000 employees across 11 states. Our team assists business leaders to design, implement, and manage optimized and equitable incentive programs through standard financial metrics, incentive reporting, and plan administration.
