What You Will Accomplish :
Own end-to-end recruiting for highly technical engineering roles, with a primary focus on Staff level full-stack product engineers.Build candidate pipelines purely from outbound sourcing strategies.Partner closely with engineering leadership to define hiring strategies and role requirements, delivering consistently high-quality talent.Design and execute outbound sourcing campaigns using data-driven and proven sourcing methodologies.Build, scale, and evolve talent brand initiatives that attract and engage top-tier technical talent.Monitor pipeline health, candidate experience, and recruiting performance metrics; continuously optimize processes and outcomes.What We Are Looking For :
5+ years of in-house technical recruiting experience, with deep expertise hiring senior level full-stack software engineers.2+ years of experience recruiting in a high-growth startup environment.Proven ability to partner directly with technical and engineering leadership as a trusted advisor.Strong sourcing capabilities and an established network within elite engineering talent communities.Strategic and operational mindset, with experience building scalable systems, playbooks, and processes in fast-moving environments.Comfortable embedding within engineering teams and collaborating cross-functionally.Thrives in ambiguity and pace — Eve moves fast, and you should too.Benefits :
