Experience with vehicle titles, DMVs, or auto dealers. Reading comprehension. Mastery of the English language, both written and verbal. Familiarity with use of computer. Strong attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instruction. Ability to analyze data and note exceptions needing resolution. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization. Ability to perform under minimal supervision. Title Service Representative

The TITLE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE is responsible for conducting effective follow-up for motor vehicle titles. This includes communication with customers, clients, motor vehicle dealers, and motor vehicle agency personnel.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Review queues, determine and pursue effective followup steps to ensure receipt of title documents.
- Review title documents to determine if a correction is warranted and process necessary correction.
- Release leased or retail title documents per state and client guidelines.
- Contacting clients by phone or e-mail.
- Receiving incoming calls from clients, dealers and customers and respond as necessary.
- Process incoming title related work received either by client request, department notification, or incoming mail and / or FedEx.
