Territory Overview :

  • Ability to travel adequately to cover the region, including overnight stays, attend tradeshows, and corporate and training meetings. 1-2 overnights on average per week.
  • Valid Driver's License

Position Summary :

The Regional Dermatology Specialist will focus on driving sales growth and building strong client relationships within the dermatology and aesthetics space. This role will specialize in promoting AviClear and other innovative dermatological products, leveraging clinical knowledge and a consultative sales approach to meet and exceed territory goals. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to dermatologists and aesthetic professionals, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry and delivering solutions that enhance patient outcomes and clinic success.

The Regional Dermatology Specialist will be based in and cover their designated territory : Northeast, Southeast, Central, or West.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Drive revenue growth in your assigned territory through targeted cold calling, on-site clinic visits, and tailored sales strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals for AviClear and Cutera's dermatology-focused product lines.
  • Cultivate relationships with dermatology practices, aesthetic clinics, and key opinion leaders to build trust and encourage adoption of AviClear and other technologies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and challenges to position Cutera's products as essential solutions.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing AviClear's efficacy, safety, and benefits for treating acne and improving patient outcomes.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities in the dermatology market while nurturing existing accounts to expand product adoption.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position the company's products.
  • Partner with marketing, clinical, and operations teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Other duties as needed.

    • Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field (business, science, or healthcare preferred).
  • Minimum of 7+ years in sales, with a strong focus on dermatology, medical devices, or aesthetics. Experience with energy-based devices is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully sell into dermatology practices and aesthetic clinics.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
