As an Outside Sales Specialist with the Riot Creative Imaging Division , you will sell large-format color graphic printing services to various market segments including retail, advertising, manufacturing, and fashion. Large-format services include POP displays, POS materials, trade show graphics, posters, banners, wall murals, fleet graphics, signage, and marketing materials.

If you have industry experience or a desire to learn, and enjoy selling, this position may be suitable for you.

Job Duties of the RIOT Color Sales Consultant :

Sell a full line of color services, including large and small format printing and finishing services, to local, regional, and national businesses.

Engage with decision-makers from C-level executives to owners to understand their business objectives and promote our products and services.

Build strong relationships with existing and new customers, supporting their marketing and advertising goals to increase sales and profitability.

Create a strategic plan to achieve revenue quotas and maximize long-term account growth.

Perform cold calling and needs assessments effectively.

Deliver customer presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that highlight our value proposition.

Manage complex sales cycles using a consultative, solution-based approach.

Develop proposals with tailored business applications, pricing, and implementation plans.

Leverage internal resources, including production, graphic design, installation, and vendor partners, to present comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications Skills / Qualifications :

Self-motivated sales professional capable of working independently.

Strong cold-calling, objection handling, and closing skills.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Ability to present ideas effectively in various settings.

High sales performance and quota achievement drive.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

Outgoing personality with networking skills.

Ability to prospect via phone or media for in-person appointments.

Helpful Experience :

Print sales, especially large format color printing.

Knowledge of digital print sales.
