As a Banquet Server on our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include :

• Review and understand Banquet Event Orders or Event Plan to ensure banquet rooms are set as per the customer request.
• Prepare tables, action stations, buffets, service carts, dessert table / carts and cordial carts.
• Greet all guests warmly with an appropriate greeting and ensure guest satisfaction throughout meal service.
• Deliver and serve welcome drinks, food, meals, condiments, and accompaniments etc.
• Replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation.
• Remove china, glassware, silverware, etc. from tables at the conclusion of the meal period and deliver to the stewarding area.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas of the banquet / meeting rooms.
• Other duties may be required and assigned from time-to-time.
