A company is looking for a Principal Consultant HR Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the evaluation, analysis, design, and maintenance of the organization's HRIS and enforce related policies and procedures
Evaluate business needs and monitor the progress of ongoing HRIS programs for effectiveness
Identify new human resources needs and recommend software products to fulfill those needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment)
4 years of experience with ERP application implementation and maintenance across all phases of the application life-cycle
5 years of project management experience with demonstrated skills and successes
Ability to design business processes and align systems to support customer needs
