Senior Sales Representative – MedTech Startup (1099 Role)
Locations: LA, Dallas, Chicago, Boston, or Miami
We’re seeking a driven, results-oriented sales professional to join a fast-growing healthtech startup that’s transforming surgical care with AI-powered solutions. This role is ideal for a hunter who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals across high-value healthcare markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and close new business with Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), Oral Surgeons, private practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to clinical and administrative stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with product and clinical teams to ensure customer success and shape the go-to-market strategy
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of healthcare, medical device, or healthtech sales experience
- Proven success meeting and exceeding quotas
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
- Technology sales experience preferred
- Existing relationships in ASCs, Oral Surgery, or specialty practices preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Compensation & Perks:
- 1099 role with $70–80K base + commission (target $150K+ fully uncapped potential)
