Acquisition and conversion for TikTok Facebook YouTube

Role summary

We seek a datadriven buyer to launch and optimize paid social. You will set up pixels structure campaigns scale winning creatives and report on cost per result and ROAS with strong experiment hygiene.

It is an unpaid internship program.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage paid campaigns on TikTok Facebook and Instagram and YouTube
• Set up pixels events UTMs and conversion APIs with basic QA
• Build testing matrices across audiences creatives hooks and landers
• Analyze performance and recommend scale cut or iterate decisions
• Partner with Creative to brief highperforming ad angles and formats
• Maintain dashboards and weekly reports on CPA CTR CVR and ROAS
