EMDR Therapist (independent contractor)

• Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled EMDR Therapist to join our team at New Dawn Treatment Center in Lathrop, CA. This role is vital in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our mission of clinical excellence.

• Responsibilities
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using EMDR and other trauma-informed modalities.
• Qualifications
• Must have a current California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• Completed basic training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience providing individual therapy.
• Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA and CFR-42 client confidentiality regulations.
• Current liability and / or malpractice insurance.
• Must have a current CPR certification.
• Must have a current TB test.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
