Data & Accounting Analyst

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Data & Accounting Analyst with a strong background in data analysis, accounting, and business intelligence to support our marketing and financial decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying insights that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial and marketing data to support business growth.
• Extract and interpret key data from business intelligence databases.
• Create detailed reports to track performance, trends, and opportunities.
• Utilize business analytics tools to assess company performance.
• Work with accounting data to ensure accuracy and financial alignment.
• Communicate findings proactively to influence company strategy.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong expertise in data analysis, accounting, and reporting.
• Experience with Restaurant Management Systems (e.g., Restaurant365).
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI tools.
• Knowledge of Sage, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
• Ability to generate clear, data-driven reports and strategic insights.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

• Tools: Microsoft Office Suite, Restaurant 365 (Accounting System), AI tools, Sage
• Preferred Schedule: 40 hours per week/ TBD
