Responsibilities :

The Business Analyst will support Barrow Wise's Illinois State Retirement System project and perform the following duties :

• Work with the users to identify what needs to be accomplished
• Work with the developers and technical architects to define the optimal way to implement technology
• Demonstrate the ability to evaluate processes and procedures and find areas for improvement with enhanced technology
• Document clearly through user stories and other documentation the as-is and to-be states
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure a functional application is delivered
• Demonstrate the ability to establish a rapport with stakeholders to build trust and confidence
• Work onsite in Springfield, Illinois
