We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Korean Speaking MA with a strong background in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic advice, insights, and solutions to our diverse range of clients. You will be instrumental in helping them navigate the complex healthcare landscape, and your expertise will contribute to their success. This position requires fluency in both English and Korean, and the ability to communicate complex healthcare concepts to a diverse audience.

Responsibilities :

1. Provide strategic and operational consulting services to clients in the healthcare industry.

2. Leverage your knowledge of the healthcare industry to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.

3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand the latest trends and developments in the healthcare industry.

4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

6. Deliver presentations and reports to clients, effectively communicating findings and recommendations.

7. Utilize your Korean language skills to communicate with Korean-speaking clients and stakeholders effectively.

8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.

9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications :

1. Master's degree in Healthcare or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role within the healthcare industry.

3. Fluency in both English and Korean is required.

4. Proven experience with Vitals or similar healthcare software.

5. Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including the latest trends and developments.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.

8. Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

11. Up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
