What Youll Do :

• Analyzing and translating business needs into long-term solution data models.
• Evaluating existing data systems.
• Working with business representatives and development team to create conceptual data models and data flows.
• Developing best practices for data coding to ensure consistency within the system.
• Reviewing modifications of existing systems for cross-compatibility.
• Implementing data strategies and developing physical data models.
• Updating and optimizing local and metadata models.
• Evaluating implemented data systems for variances discrepancies and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing data systems.

What Youll Bring :

Compensation & Benefits :

The salary range for this role in Loveland is between $127500-$218600 and in Deerfield IL is between $121500-$208200. While we provide this range as general guidance several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including but not limited to candidate skill set experience and training licensure and certifications work location and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
