Rang Healthcare is seeking a LPN / LVN Skilled Nursing for a travel job in Denton, Texas.

Job Description & Requirements

• Shift : 8 hours, days, evenings, flexible
• Employment Type : Travel

Shift : 6 : 00AM – 2 : 00 P.M.

Shift : 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.

Perform computer data entry – Receive full training.

Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, ICF-IDD Regulations, DSSLC Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives.

Must possess valid LVN license.

Must have at least 2 years of experience
