We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer

A fixed annual salary of $100,000 - $170,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

What You’ll Do

• Building and Deploying ML Models : Collaborate and support the design, training, and deployment of machine learning models that contribute to personalization, targeting, and recommendation systems across the Rokt platform.
• ML System Development : Work with senior engineers to move models from prototype to production by helping with feature engineering, training experiments, and setting up model serving and monitoring.
• Focus on Quality and Efficiency : Write clean, efficient, and reliable code to ensure ML pipelines and components run smoothly and scale effectively within our production systems.
• Collaborate and Learn Across Teams : Partner with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to understand requirements and translate them into practical model implementations and experiments.
• Grow with the ML Infrastructure : Learn and contribute to improving our ML tools, workflows, and processes—helping to make model development more consistent, automated, and reproducible.
