Responsibilities

1. MUST BE LICENSED IN REAL ESTATE!!
2. Open to dozens of listing and buyer appointments monthly.
3. Available to show pre-vetted buyers.
4. This is a full-time position. You must be available to take leads and referrals daily. These referrals are converting on average at 18%.
5. Must be ready to dive in.

Qualifications

1. Must be licensed for a minimum of 2 years.
2. Closed a minimum of 5 transactions in the last 12 months.
3. FULL TIME!

Compensation $135,000+
