Experience in private equity is a plus, and the candidate should be prepared to honor the company's legacy while leading it into a future of significant growth and transformation.

The ideal COO for the company will have a tenure of 15-35+ years, demonstrating a track record of progressive career success. The role is pivotal in the company's investment thesis, which is centered on transforming the business and driving scale through both inorganic and organic methods. The candidate should be a strategic thinker, capable of executing the company's growth plans and working closely with the private equity sponsor to achieve top-quartile returns.
