What You'll Bring

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.

1-2 years of entry-level experience in Sales, Customer Service, Business Development, Retail, or Hospitality.

Fantastic communication skills to connect with all kinds of customers and our awesome Sales Specialist team!

A real hunger to learn and grow your skills!

You're a go-getter – self-motivated, competitive, and great at solving problems!

Your Mission as a AT&T Entry Level Account Manager :

Find potential residential and business clients and seal the deal on our awesome wireless products and services!

Use your negotiation superpowers to handle customer questions, address concerns, and resolve any issues like a pro!

Provide top-notch support to customers during every step – from learning about our products to the sales process and beyond!
