Network Administrator

A company is looking for a Network Administrator responsible for managing and securing networking and telecommunications services.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee management and security of network devices and performance

Support and maintain the IP PBX system and related telecommunications services

Provide technical support and manage HelpDesk service requests

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's / Associates in MIS or equivalent work experience required

Three years of experience in network operations required

Familiarity with network protocols and management of enterprise networking equipment preferred

Prior experience with digital telephony systems preferred

Experience in a Higher Education environment preferred
