Compensation : $200,000 - $265,000 + Bonus depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TAX DIRECTOR :

You will work cross functionally throughout the entire organization and lead the entire Tax Team

Reviewing & Analyzing US GAAP & STAT Financial Statements from Tax Perspective

Lead, Coach, Mentor, & Develop Your Team of (24)

(3) Direct Reports

Leading all tax related research to ensure compliance throughout the organization

Provide strategic guidance and leadership on key tax related issues

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE TAX DIRECTOR :

Bachelors degree; MBA or Masters; CPA Welcomed

Property & Casualty Experience

GAAP & STAT Experience
