Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Creative Vision : Own and champion the creative direction across copy, design, and experiences to ensure brand alignment, narrative clarity, and craft excellence.
- Develop and Guide Strategy : Translate client goals and business objectives into actionable creative strategies, briefs, and experience frameworks for physical and digital environments.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver integrated, innovative solutions that meet audience needs and operational realities.
- Client-Facing Leadership : Present concepts, guide discussions, and build trust with clients through clear communication of creative strategies, implications, and value.
- Drive Creative Excellence : Maintain high standards of storytelling and design, champion innovation, and oversee execution through production and onsite delivery to protect creative integrity.
- Mentor and Inspire : Set expectations, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative, accountable culture within the creative team.
- Support Growth Initiatives : Contribute to new business efforts through proposal development, concepting, and pitch presentations.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience.Proven track record as a Creative Director or senior creative leader in an agency or event-driven environment.Deep expertise in either writing (brand voice, scripting, storytelling) or design (visual identity, art direction), paired with strong conceptual thinking skills.Skills
